Made to order

Every Lumi Threads item is printed to order by our production partner, Printify, through its print provider Printify Choice in Miami, Florida, USA. Your order goes into production after you place it, so delivery time is made up of two parts: production and shipping.

Estimated timing

  • Production: 2 to 5 business days
  • US standard shipping: about 3 to 7 business days after your order ships

For most US orders, that means roughly 5 to 12 business days from order to delivery. Business days are Monday to Friday, not including public holidays. These times are estimates, not guarantees. They can be longer during busy periods, such as the weeks before Halloween, or because of carrier delays.

Halloween 2026 order-by date

For this season (Halloween 2026), please order by October 16, 2026 for estimated delivery by Halloween within the US.

This date is based on our usual production and US standard shipping times. It is a guideline, not a guarantee, and we cannot promise delivery by a specific date.

Available shipping options, destinations and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. If you have not received it within a few business days of the estimated production time, please check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us.

Check your shipping address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. Because production starts soon after you order, contact us as soon as possible if you notice a mistake in your address.

Lost, damaged or wrong items

If your parcel seems lost, contact us with your order number and we will work with the shipping carrier and our production partner to sort it out. If an item arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please see our refund policy for how to report it.
